I never got one so I decided to make my own.
I started years ago and failed constantly. I always put to much air and didn't know that there should always be space at the end.
I recently got into it because I was going to do some animal twisting for my sister's birthday. I failed at that too.
Again, trying to be so much of an inspiration to my niece, I wanted to be able to do it at her birthday party.
Her big party day came and I had accomplished the simple animals. Ones the children might have thought of. Monkey, Swan, Flower, Heart, Elephant, Tiger, and 3 types of dogs.
Then a friend decided to blurt out, "I want a dragon, with flames coming out of it's mouth. You should get on that."
I had fulfilled everybody else's balloons and then she had to leave. So I didn't get to give it to her.
Then, today, my sister asked if I could make a balloon Yoshi from Super Mario Bros.
I found a picture and got creative. Which was hard! I have no creativity whatsoever! If you've ever talked to me, you know what I'm talking about.
It took me a little over an hour to complete the balloon Yoshi. SO MANY MISTAKES AND WRONG TWISTS. But he was finally accomplished and I feel good about it.
What a project for this President's Day.
